Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide shipping services to all countries and regions globally.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Typically, in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, with an estimated transit time of approximately 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the checkout page according to the package’s total weight, dimensions, destination country/region, and selected shipping method.
Will I have to pay customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees?
Yes. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this information to track your shipment at any time.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 day of receipt. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories intact. Please note that customized items cannot be refunded.
What if the product I received is defective or damaged?
Please reach out to our customer service team at qtalis@comnavtech.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence.
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, and will cover all related return shipping fees.
Do your products come with a warranty? What is the warranty period?
Yes, all our GNSS Modules, Receivers, and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. The warranty protects you against defects in materials or workmanship. Please note that it does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5–7 business days), your refund will be processed. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank.

How do I choose the right GNSS product for my application?
Qtalis offers high-precision GNSS modules and receivers suitable for applications such as surveying and mapping, UAVs, robotics, autonomous driving, precision agriculture, construction machinery, and intelligent transportation. Different models vary in accuracy, interfaces, and features, so users can choose the most suitable product based on their specific application needs.
What is the difference between RTK and standard GNSS positioning?
Standard GNSS typically provides meter-level positioning accuracy, while RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) can achieve centimeter-level or even higher precision. Many Qtalis products support RTK technology, making them ideal for professional or industrial applications with high accuracy requirements.
Do the products support multiple constellations and multiple frequency bands?
Yes. Most Qtalis GNSS products support multiple constellations, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou, and offer dual-frequency or multi-frequency positioning to improve stability and accuracy in complex environments.
Are the products suitable for beginners? Is complex configuration required?
Basic usage is not complicated. The products support standard communication interfaces and commonly used protocols, allowing developers and technology enthusiasts to get started quickly. We also provide user manuals, configuration guides, and technical support to assist with initial setup.
Are technical support and firmware updates provided after purchase?
Yes. Qtalis provides professional technical support and continuously optimizes firmware and performance based on product development. Users can access technical documentation, firmware updates, and support through our website, forum, or customer service channels.
Can I get better accuracy without connecting to an RTK Base station?
Qtalis products support free PPP-B2B service and PPP-HAS services, which provide 20cm horizontal accuracy without any other correction input. Qtalis also supports SBAS services like WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, GAGAN, SouthPAN, to provide sub-meter accuracy.
