At Qtalis, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Returns & Warranty Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty services are provided.
Please read the information below carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be new, unused, and in resalable condition
- Products must be returned with original packaging
- All accessories, cables, and included items must be intact
Please note that customized or specially configured items are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage

Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Warranty Coverage
All Qtalis GNSS Modules, GNSS Receivers, and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
The warranty covers:
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Incorrect installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection typically takes 5–7 business days
- Approved refunds will then be processed
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Notes
- Returned items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria may be refused or returned to the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error
